Hello there! Name here is Chris. I grew up in the western part of Massachusetts and currently reside on the east coast of Florida. I’m old AF if you ask my kids but really, I’m just middle aged. I’m a licensed General Class radio operator. I passed my General in the spring of 2020. I was originally licensed in October 2000 as a Technician Class radio operator, KB1FTU.
The great plandemic inspired me to pursue the upgrade to General Class. My involvement in the IT field and my newly acquired license allowed me to get into the digital space. I have Raspberry Pi projects all over the place!
I run the cloud platform for a data center company. When I’m not working I’m involved in Freemasonry and Civil Air Patrol. I also enjoy being by the water and aviation. One day I will get to watch a rocket launch while piloting a plane!
RIP Mitten. Mitten passed away peacefully in 2022 after moving to Florida. He liked to sit with me while I work or operate the radio. Once he got bored, he would spend his afternoons poolside resting in the sun unless it was too hot, then he would lay on the outside couch.
